So all the people getting passed up sill still have a chance depending on how long appeals take? Or is it gonna make my time next year even longer??

It shouldn't make much of a difference as to when you get hired- if they get skipped this year then that just means that guys with higher numbers than them but a lower number than you get hired earlier. Either way both of those guys getting hired are still getting hired before you, so it doesnt matter what order it goes. What might hurt you is guys who turn down the job this year and then decide next year that they want it.

Thanks guys. I got the CPD on July 1st. I haven't completed it yet because its asking for specific info like job dates, pay, college gpa, and other things that I don't remember. I have alot of papers put away in storage that I will go through tomorrow and I hope I can find all the things I am missing. How many references should I put down?

The list will probably go up slow for the August class as the list reverts back to the beginning....people catch up and complete everything. Hopefully September class will move the list fast again.
