so far they assign us South but since we didn’t visit any unit that does mean we are stuck with that one they assigned and we won’t have any choice?

We have been approved by HPD last Friday, visit our unit Tuesday, signed lease yesterday, moving 7/2. All in all very smooth process that took less than 2 months. We feel bless and lucky the process was fast for us. God luck to everyone!

Congrats! Please update us on how you like the building! I have 3xx, no CB, so I do expect to be contacted once they get to the general population. Not itching to move but the building and location look pretty nice, curious to see what people think once they move in.
