Did they start contacting people yet? My log number is 9XX. With CB preference. 80% AMI 1 Bedroom; 125% AMI Studio.

I was contacted via email to sign a bunch of forms which I sent over. Typically how long does it take to hear back and at what point should I stop expecting anything if I don't hear back?

log number 1XXX GP 165% AMI

Are you sure you have CB preference? You definitely should've been contacted if you do. Please reach out to Gotham.

If they're contacting you to sign forms that's already step 2. You should expect to hear back. If you don't, I would reach out about 2 weeks after.

Out of curiosity, are you sure you don't have CB?

Thanks! Generally they contact preference groups first, but if they reached out for documents and then reached out for forms, they should be processing your application. You can also check out the excel form we have going on here to see how long it took for other people. Good luck.

Line 28 and 29 were mirrors of each other and Line 26 may or may not only be allocated for market rate. You may be able to get a 165% AMI line 25 one, but yea it is more expensive than the 125%.
I just viewed the spreadsheet, What does TIC mean? My log number is after but very close to yours. Im still waiting on an appointment to view a 2 bedroom. I wonder if they’ve even gotten to the two bedrooms yet. Im CB preference and have already submitted all docs, and my employment was verified. The last time I spoke with someone was Monday and they said they were going to call back with an appointment. Do you know any info on the 2beds? Gracias for all the info you’ve shared!

Really shocking you've been contacted already. Is anyone in your household 62+ or have Mobility/Vision/Hearing preference? Or possibly you are in the South Tower lottery?

Must be; it's just really early and I'm surprised there are no more 165% with CB. Good luck with it and please keep us up to date - would love to see photos!
