Hello I am loving my new apartment..just got my electric bill and it was only 25 dollars this month.. hopefully it say like that..only thing I do not like is my next door neighbor smoke in her apartment and I could smell it in my apartment and also she party every weekend from Friday till like Saturday..shame how she act and do not care about no body else feeling

Hello Isis, I been living there for over a year. you should complaint to the doorman if that doesn't work email the super Mario. What floor are you how many beds? I'm on the 6 floor my apartment is on the corner thank god i only have one neighbor.

Hello,

I have a question. My mam lives in affordable housing 40%. This year she will retire at 67. Her pension is less than her income. will the rent be calculated according to her pension? she is about to renew her lease.
