Yes it’s for all 1-3 bedrooms in the 40-60 ami range. They still have 1-3 bedrooms but only for the higher ami ranges and those rents were between 1900-2500.

so for example there is a set amount of rooms for each income range. basically all the people who have gone in already have taken the 40/60 aim range rooms

normally process is:

1. first interview where you give paperwork.
2. wait a few weeks
3. second interview where you finish up the paperwork and they show you floor layout
4. wait for HPD approval
5. View apartment sign lease.

Edit: to add I only did my first interview back in july

Same here. No more units for 40 - 60 AMI and my log number will be waitlisted...etc etc

The current available units are as follows:

SET ASIDE FOR HOUSEHOLDS WITH INCOMES AT 120% OF AREA MEDIAN INCOME

What are your thoughts? Do you think we should give up hope? I am devastated.
