Well I think them calling it an interview is a little misleading.
My appointment was for 11AM & I was in the office by 10:45 AM. I was not called until about 12:30.
The woman literally asked for my documents (stubs, bank statements, etc). & that was it. She was ready to send me out the door. I then asked when will I hear back, she told me 2-3 weeks & left me her email address... the 3rd week I emailed her and she wrote back over a week later saying they have not reached my log number yet
@LaFlame it’s very misleading. My log number is 14XX they collected my documents asked a couple of questions. It took about an hour before I was told I qualified for a 2-3 bedroom but they only had 2 bedrooms available and my file would be sent over to management. The lady did say it would take a few weeks to get a response back that’s all. I’ve emailed since and was told they still haven’t reached my log number so I sort of already gave up on it.
Still waiting for some kind of update. If they have all these agents working then why can’t someone just update us. I interviewed back in June and was approved by management in August and have been waiting for them to “reach my log number” again. I don’t understand why they keep interviewing people but don’t give an update to the lower log numbers. My agent had an assistant so they have people working that can answer our emails (sigh......)
Ok guys just got my denial email. There are no more apartments left in the 40-60 percent ami. The only apartments left are in the $1900-$2500 rent range. They are supposedly keeping my application on file for 2 years.

Does this mean that they will contact you if any apartments open up? Would log numbers still apply then?

Yes after the interview. And yes they’ll keep your application on file until another lottery apartment opens up.
Thank you fro response. Do they have other buildings with the lottery? Sorry for asking, I am not quite sure what is going on, so confuse at this point.

is this for all bedroom types or just 2-3 bedrooms? I know that's what you had qualified for
