QUNYC, I know I said I wouldn't comeback but here I am. Don't wast your time going Saturday. They might not be open. You best shot is going during the week 9-5. Let me warn you it's far.

@elbasurero thanks for the offer, but I have free time on Saturday so I don't mind going and trying to find an actual person to talk to. My original interview was on a Saturday at the Bronx location. On that day myself and about 5 other hopeful applicants were waiting by the door and we kept ringing the bell with no answer. I went up the stairs through the parking lot roof deck and found a door and let everyone in. Turns out everyones GPS led us to the same locked door when there was a front entrance that everyone missed.
Are you guys ready for this????!!!! I Received a call from Langsame today and they received a call from Department of housing (DOH). Doh told Landsame they must start having the tenants sign the lease and move in immediately. The good news is ,Langsame isn't allow too requalify any of us and they must start Calling us to sign a lease by this Saturday ...... WITH A move IN DATE 2/15/2017!!!!!!

I did not receive that call, yet. I am happy for those of you did, you've been wtg longer. I also checked the DOB website and there is another TCO dated today. I don't know how to add it here as a hyperlink. Congrats to all signing their lease.

yea I saw that too. From the looks of it the 2nd TCO is a correction to the 1st which had the incorrect number of apartments (72 when it's supposed to be 84). They probably would have started calling us when the 1st one was issued but had to wait until today for the corrected one was issued.
