"Bob" would have gotten a promotion and a big bonus at Bain Capital and many other vulture capitalist firms who reward their employees for such "creative" thinking.

It's proof that our future generations are screwed as our corporate & government "leaders" were asleep at the wheel for decades as they magically raked in record profits aka - accounting shenanigans. We saw a preview of it in the 1970s as Detroit pumped out inefficient & ugly boats as Japan was cornering the small car market and was soon eating Detroit's lunch.

As crazy as it sounds, we might have to keep this humongous military going just to threaten/kill our competition.

if bus drivers want to earn more money, then let them work in the private sector. people like ebwick seem to think the government is there to create a fake "middle class" that exists because the government is able to overpay with taxpayer dollars.
