Since we are CELEBRATING for several days


And I want it to be a GROUP CELEBRATION of ALL previous BIRTHDAYS


"NJGUY", "SUZETTE", "LISA G.", "VALERIE C." & EVERYONE else we


missed, like "MAC M." etc. etc. etc.!



We will start today with homemade "ANGEL FOOD CAKE" topped


with fresh NH strawberries & fresh whipped cream, a side


of homemade vanilla ice cream made with REAL VANILLA BEANS


(NOTHING FAKE! NOTHING PROCESSED!!)


And some "Boston Cream Pie" in case you're not into


strawberries


Some Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake to end the day



Tomorrow we will CELEBRATE with


homemade BLUEBERRY PIE (NH & MAINE FRESH blueberries)


also with a scoop of homemade vanilla ice cream (with lots of


vanilla beans & low on the sugar since the blueberry pie is sweet,


everything made from scratch!!)


Maybe some banana cream pie Apple pie a la mode


And in case that is not enough, some poached pears in a wine sauce


from Hollis NH!!





All of the ingredients should come from either NH or


1 of the New England states


And everything made with REAL BUTTER, REAL CREAM,


no artificial flavors or colorings, everything made from scratch!!!



And the table will be decorated with purple lilacs, purple tulips,


purple roses, purple lupines, etc.



HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ALL born in the Months of


January-April CHEERS TO ALL!!!ALL of these treats are

but, I have been busy baking ALL of the treats for my City Data NH,


MAINE, New England FRIENDS! And "NH wannabes"


And my PC has been acting up....



TODAY WE ARE HAVING RAVIOLIS FILLED WITH LOBSTER (from Maine)


in a pink white wine sauce, with a side of asparagus. French bread


with garlic butter (made with cream from NH)


And poached pears in a wine sauce from Hollis NH
