I watched "The African Queen" a 1951 movie starring Humphrey Bogart and Katharine Hepburn, on DVD.

It's definitely a classic. I first saw it as a child in the mid 1970s.

Did you see that on Turner Classics, by any chance? My mom just saw it on that channel the other day. I remember seeing it as a kid, too.

Watched a stinker last night called "Flight WWII" about a 757 traveling through time to 1940 WWII Europe. So bad I couldn't stop watching it.

Hunger Games Mockingjay Part 1 last night. It was good, not great. I'll watch part 2 when it comes out. It's being shown on Epix this month. Epix is on Sling TV in the Hollywood package. Subscribed to it for one month to watch a couple of things, this movie was one of them, but football on ESPN in the base package was the main reason. The first movie in this series was particularly disturbing. Surprised I watched the 2nd one but I did. Mockingjay is much different than those two, for those who don't know.
