We’re working our way through the Wallander Swedish crime fiction series. 90 minute movies with no commercials so halfway between US-style TV and movies. We’ve seen the 13 episodes of year 1 and the first two of year 2.

The Shape Of Water

A beautiful, enthralling film (if a little brutal in parts.)
Sally Hawkins is great, Richard Jenkins is awesome (as usual) and Michael Shannon may just be the creepiest actor ever.
Gillermo Del Toro shows once again how adept he is in combining the romantic and the fantastic, just like his great film Pan's Labyrinth.

I just watched a sequel to "The Terminator" that I didn't know existed. It was called Terminator: Genisys No idea when this movie came out, but it was interesting. Not my favorite in the series by any means, but still okay. They did choose an interesting villain for this one though, was not expecting it.

Last Flag Flying (2017) from my cable channel list, starring Bryan Cranston, Laurence Fishburne and Steve Carell. Recommend it!

Finally watched Suicide Squad: Extended Cut (2016)
I really enjoyed it, thougu6 the casting was pretty good. Margot Robbie and Will Smith were fantastic!
Wasn't a fan of Jared Letos Joker probably because the bar was set high there
