I never liked or understood zombie movies.

I like Interview with The Vampire, Dracula (Francis Ford Copolla), Hellraiser series, videodrome, and the alien series. I also like campy horror.

Any movie suggestions ??
Don't like zombie movies??? Have you ever seen Dawn of the Dead - the 2004 remake? OMG, it's so good - a perfect Halloween kinda movie.

Somewhat, it's typical 80s cheese. It's basically a campy horror comedy.

I watched Phantasm and Burnt Offerings today, double feature paired up for the fact they were both filmed at the Dunsmuir house in Oakland. Spooky! Amazon is having a huge Halloween sale, I'm ordering the first Hellraiser and the newer version of The Exorcist (the one with the unssen footage added back in). I love Halloween

Love Phantasm as it had an outstanding atmosphere! I honestly think some of the best horror movies were released from 1979 to 1985. Phantasm captured a great dream like feel to some of the scenes that few movies have accomplished in such an effective manner. The film is able to pull off that fever dream, waking nightmare sense of surreality to such chilling effect. The score is also very effective and probably one of the best out there for any horror movie. I love this movie tons

I think that the movie from the early 80's "The Evil Dead" is quite disturbing to watch.
