The review in imdb, "Liar in Title", pretty much covers it. The movie is almost half way done before any women show up. After that, there is plenty nudity and sexual violence....and a quick ending. A 2.8.
Just the other day I saw Flight (2012), the flick about a heroic pilot who saves his plane and passengers from a crash, but who's also a drunk. Movie was good. But the big takeaway for me: Flight reminded me once again that Denzel Washington is one terrific actor. Just in case somebody needed reminding!

There is nobody like Washington, which is amazing because he's one of the most idolized actors ever and the prototype for African American actors in particular. He's got something you can't copy, unmatched screen presence, plus the perfect balance of subtlety and rawness. He's incapable of a less-than-great performance, so I wonder if it comes easy or he's just really professional every time.
A back to back Gerard Butler as Captain marathon. Hunter Killer and then Plane.
What did you think of Hunter Killer? Bad reviews have kept me from watching so far, but the cast seems solid with Gerard Butler, Gary Oldman and Common.

Think of it as 2/3rds a faster Hunt for Red October with a Mustang Captain and all the other submarine movie tropes. From the torpedo room drama to infiltrating the minefields. And a third Navy SEAL movie played by I recognize that guy actors. The big name actors, except our Captain, being in the Pentagon.
I certainly liked it more than the star lead direct to Netflix action movies it is now in competition with.
Nice photography about people living in remote areas but the detective work sucks! One needs a program to keep up with everyone and in the end, they manage to solve it just by luck. A 5.6.
This movie is wild! I thought at first it was some cut up horror flick (me going blind into flicks) but it isn't. Two geeks at a sci fi conference wake up to find everyone gone on the planet and have to work it out. Sort of Hitchhiker's meets The Quiet Earth. A 6.9.
Set in the (then) near future of 2022, a crew in space finds an old shuttle floating around in space. What follows is mostly a boring & convoluted effort to investigate what happened to the abandoned ship.
It reminded me of Outer Limits fare, but stretched out (too long) in to a full length movie. It wasn't terrible, but just too slow without much intriguing tension, and not much payoff.
I believe it was originally straight to video, and is now streaming on Prime/Freevee..
