Thank you Stepka. You and beachmel have both helped me and intrigued me. I investigated the superego which led to codependency which led to me going WTH!!!

I guess this unraveling of your true self is just one thick layer after another! The problem is, I keep fitting the criteria for certifiable nutcase! Guess my tendency of being a loner is a self preservation. Hopefully, the last layer is pleasant! Lol....

Now I just have to find the documentation that we are ALL nutcases in one manner or another, right?

LOL.... OR, this unraveling of your true self, is a revelation of just how complex humans really are! Sometimes, our survival instincts do whatever they have to do, to survive....even while we are completely unaware of it happening.

It's basic "animal" instinct to shy away from that which hurts us. The fact that you're playfully referring to yourself as a certifiable nutcase, just shows what society has done to "feelings". If you're not a selfish robot, you're a certifiable nutcase. If you're a selfish robot, you're labeled with yet another "diagnosis". LOL In other words....you're FINE!
