Just as an alternative, I'm going to suggest the general area around Lausanne School. Lausanne is near the corner of Massey Rd and Massey LN. Very nice high end neighborhoods, convenient to many private schools and to the two best public high schools in Memphis, White Station and Ridgeway.

MissMee check out Arlington, it isn't as far out as people seem to think and from what all my neighbors say they are very happy with the schools. We are in a 5 bedroom house we paid 293K for, no pool but definately room for a pool as the lots are almost a half acre in our subdivision. There are plenty of homes out there in your price range. For that price in Arlington you should get everything you want....Pool, granite etc etc. It is unbelievable to me what you get for your money here compared to up in Mass. Arlington doesn't have a lot of restaurants but everything is about 10-15 minutes away depending on what you want.
