My buddy and I hunted early then went out for the afternoon. We cleared some places to stand and sprayed some high test doe pee all over the place, set out cotton balls with pee on them and made some fake buck scrapes. I still smell like doe pee and the wife is steering clear tonight! I'll probably have a buck climbing through the bedroom window tonight!

We'll be back at it at o'dark thirty tomorrow morning!

Hunting is fun!

Did you see anything?

Not only did I take my wife to Moose camp this year, she and my 13 year old son shot the moose!
The biggest buck hanging on the wall in this house was shot by ............my wife.

Same son just shot a big doe this evening, 255yds down the poleline...... Damn, I gotta stop taking them to my best spots .

We didn't see a thing today. Warm day, deer weren't moving. You have to step on them when it's warm like this. They hang out in the sun and wait until long after dark to move. They have a lot of fat on and they get real hot when it's warm like this.

Good idea! My friend fell asleep in his deer stand and fell out and was hurting for quite a while. Luckily he didn't break anything except his pride.
