Ok. 2 bedrooms 1 bath then.

I must have been thinking about another show where there was 3 bedrooms 1 bath.

Quick Zillow search of - Santa Monica +rentals + 2bedroom + 1.5 bath pulls up 103 results with most expensive 2bd being listed at $19k per month and least expensive being $2495 per month for a little tiny place on 28th south of Pico with only one parking spot.

Damn. I guess even at the bargain price of $2495 per month, Jack, Janet and Chrissy would all be priced out of the area in 2022.

No they wouldnt be. I'd say $833 per month per roommate is pretty good. They'd still have lots of money left over for many trips to the Regal Beagle.

Seriously? Why wouldn't they be able to afford a little over $800/month each? Or however they'd decide to split it, given the women apparently shared one br, while the guy got one to himself? Or they could upgrade to a $3000/month place. Still affordable. Depending on their professions, they could go higher, of course.

The $2,495 rental is this https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/2...67420902_zpid/

I guess queen beds will take 70% of the bedrooms.

Somebody must occupy the living room by putting a room divider.

Those are terrible photos. You can't really see the size of the room. And why have queen beds?

I thought we were talking about SFH rentals or cottage rentals in Santa Monica. That's an apartment. I guess that's all there is for $3000 or less?

Here's a 2 br. cottage in Brentwood (almost Santa Monica):$2500

Here's what you get, also in Brentwood, for $3250 (the 3 roomies would pay close to $1100 each, the 2 women still sharing a room):

You call it a cottage, but it's a converted guest house, most likely, without any insulation.
