What should be done that doesn't cost five more useless HHH bonds?

The police can enforce the already existing laws, and tell the ACLU attorneys to pound sand. Why does this city buckle at even the threat of a lawsuit? If Feuer can't do his job, then fire him and get somebody else to do the job he should be doing.

OK but then what? The vagrants will either move somewhere else OR they'll get arrested for a few hours. Doesn't seem to be a long term solution.

They got here because other cities enforced their laws. They are now here because L.A. does not.

What would happen if LA enforced all its laws regarding vagrants?

No matter what anyone posts to refute your opinion--which you appear to like to cite as "fact"--you just keep at it.

The word would get out, don't come here, they enforce the laws.

I don't know how to break it to you, but there never has been, nor will there ever will be any "money in citing them"... They don't have money, if they did they wouldn't be homeless dur

Yes, that was my point. They're getting a pass because the city would rather make money by harassing people with money for having a slightly loud exhaust system, not having a front license plate, parking 1 minute beyond a parking meter's allotted time, etc.

BTW, no need for the "dur", since you clearly missed my point.

homeless started a 10 acre brush fire yesterday in sepulveda. This time didn't burn anybodys house down but did take a full firefighters response.
