And how is is her family, the school, and the police responsible for HER lie?????????? This is the problem today, lets sue everyone!!!!! She is at fault, so i can see suing her, but everyone else? No.
I don't think those other people are responsible, but the truth is, she probably has nothing to her name and she's basically put a serious dent in these guys lives and most likely will suffer nothing for it. Imagine what happens if one of them goes to get a job "hmm, let's google this guy, oh great, accused of gang rape, cross him off the list..."
If this turns out to be true and she made it all up I would be suing everyone, if I was labeled a rapist. These kids had their images pasted on the news, newspaper & internet as rapists. Maybe we need to go back to innocent until proven guiltytheory instead of guilty until proven innocent, eh?

Yes, thats the problem with this country. Were one of the few countries that has 24 hours a day news channels. They will turn anything into a major crisis if needed to make news.

So someone who has different sexual experiences and joys than you is scum? Some people like to get plowed by several dudes, and some dudes like to plow down a broad with a bunch of other guys. Yeah, they are scum....even if they are doctors, lawyers, politicians, etc. They are still sexual deviants. I see nothing good in a gang bang. A girl basically gets roughed up (even if she wasn't raped) and the chance of spreading STD's goes way up.
Just because someone has a personal sexual fetish they like doesn't mean it's good for them, their health, or society in general. Of course, they are free to do whatever they want in their bedroom, but I'm free to have my opinion on them as well.
