randomits, have you heard anything lately about the litigation between the north and south. I'm guessing that they posted something in the club house.

I just figured I'd add this in:

The complex is directly served by the 3D bus line, which travels between Brentwood and Stony Brook, serving the LIRR stations at Central Islip, Brentwood, and Stony Brook (and I recommend them in that order)

If you walk about 15 minutes down Richmond Blvd to Rosevale Avenue, you can catch the S57 which runs between the Smith Haven Mall and the Sayville LIRR station, also serving the LIRR station in Ronkonkoma.

All of the LIRR stations served by these routes are in Zone 10, so the fare is the same for all of them.

Here are the schedules:

Maybe I should do what Walter Greenspan does, except with transit (e.g. If somebody asks about a home in a certain village/hamlet, I tell them what bus routes serve it).

That could be very helpful!
(At least for some.)

Now that I think about it, even if it doesn't help the OP of the thread, somebody else could be looking at the same area, and if they stumble across the thread while doing their research, it would be very helpful.

Alright then, from now on, I'm doing that.
