I did not see that listed in Trulia or Zillow, where did you see it?
It sold in April for $175k. Buyer was an investor who is renovating it. It's now on the market as an exclusive listing for $349k.
It's a Hi Ranch, 6 Beds, 2 baths, no basement and half a garage

Ok, where online can I see that? As previously mentioned, I looked on Trulia and Zillow, and there is no record of that sale on both of those sites, so I would like to use the website you guys are using. Thanks.
Either way, around the time I signed up on City-Data (around 2006 or 2007), I saw a lot of high ranch houses like this for sale in Wyandanch, most turn-key but plain interiors, and none over 200K (that I remember). So I'll just be watching this house to see what it sells for. It's a decent-looking house from what the pics show.

I went on several sites to do the research and two of them are not accessible to consumers, sorry

Redfin is pretty good about showing accurate sales history. It's a high ranch, what a terrible style house 1/2 your house partially underground and it has no basement. Only thing worse are those hideous capes and detached garages. Builders over the last 25 years got it right colonials and sprawling ranches.
Get sewer if you can, one less thing to worry about
Right - you can then worry about the taxes to build and support a sewage treatment network. When you allude to worrying about a septic system on Long Island you show you don't know what you're talking about.

If you had a choice, which one would you pick? You have a septic system because you had no choice.
