Curious. When the LIRR starts service in Grand Central, will we be in the nice mezzanine with Metro-North or will we be relegated to the basement like we are at Penn Station? When I visit relatives in Katonah my favorite part of the trip is taking in Grand Central station, it's really beautiful. Penn station is a dump compared to it.

Unfortunately, I believe the LI access will be coming in far below the current tracks and station with high speed escalators to get people up to the "real" Grand Central Terminal
