My first interview was on June 23 then they call me for a drug test for the Jul 13 and just yesterday my application went on Open/blank status, did ur application went blanck at some time? I see the time frame its kind of similar on your appt and mine, so i want to figure it out if they are about to give a call or something.. hope so with all my heart

after my drug test in june my app went blank. then the begining of sept it went active, two weeks later they called me for a JO. hope that helps

I have a friend that got a call today for a job offer. She works in the pantry. Still no call for me yet, but I still have hope. Tomorrow is another day!!!

On Tuesday, I received a call from someone who told me (did not ask me, tersely stated the imperative) that I was to come in for a "meeting" at Aria this Friday at a certain time. I asked what it was regarding, and she stated the master cook position (Aria catering and banquets) which I applied for. I mentioned that I figured that, and asked if this was regarding a job offer. She told me that she could not give me that information. I don't get that. I told her no. Her inflection matched that of a superior officer in the military giving directive to his subordinates. I did take the option of accepting a phone call this Friday instead, due to the fact that in a few hours, I'll be driving back east due to my current season's end.

thats odd, i wouldnt think they would act like that, but walker they may offer a higher position because if you have looked at the job site they are still lokking for asst. chefs for almost all departments and the reason she may have been so terse is because they may be ib a position to offer a management position to you, i actually think it may go into your favor because they want to have a meeting, if thats a rejection its sure an odd one. but please for the benifit to all of us will you post the results of your phone interview?

you have to figure that CC reps are on a deadline to fill positions which i believe was supposed to be by next week so i am sure they are overwhelmed with frustration of being so far behind so if they might sound a tense i'm sure they are. if they were not to offer a job it would be so much easier to send an e mail rather than take the time to speak to you directly, i bet its a JO.
