I'm an ex felon and need to find an agency that can lead me to training for a decent job. Anyone know if there are any programs in Las Vegas. This is the first time I had ever been arrested and this rejection is all new to me.

What kind of work are you looking for? Since you're a convicted felon(what was the crime if I may ask) you wont find work in the gaming, guard or financial fields.

My friend's boyfriend is in your same boat.. He is in the Union.. Mostly labor work but excellent pay and some awesome opportunities for overtime!

They just had a job fair for ex felons. I saw it on the news last night on channel 5 or 8. Contact the television news station and they can probably tell you what companies were there when they did their story or who sponsered it.
