Fireworks are banned here in California. Road signs were put up all week on major roadways sending the message.

As you would expect, it didn't stop people from firing them off all weekend.

I believe it! FB won't even take down a page that says " assassinate Donald Trump"! Like him or not that is ridiculous.

OP wants to ban fireworks that are already illegal. Do you want to double ban them? It reminds me of the people that want to ban assault rifles even though they already are illegal for civilians to buy.

If the state bans fireworks that leave the ground, the reservation will still be able to sell them because state law does not apply to them. It accomplishes nothing.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results.

Just like everywhere else in the country which DOESN'T have these problems? Just a guess. I've never seen it this bad until I moved to Las Vegas.

On the forth the police should make citizen deputies for the day. Problem solved! We can make arrests.
Or maybe not! Wait definitely not.

Pick your battles!

ironic that the only Section 8 house in the development was blowing off the mortars... oh wait.. they don't pay for the rent of the house so they can afford the fireworks..
