Thanks
Southwest air conditioning, Ontario air, both good companies. Sierra air may also be a good one but not super familliar with them.

One hour air, Yes air and all seasons air are at the bottom of my list, especially the last one I mentioned.

Nothing else indicates a problem. In fact the system should be doing very well if you fix whatever is screwing up the unit.

While mostly true, for future readers I'll point out that some houses that are very well insulated have a separate programmable system that pulls in fresh air on purpose. They tend to be set to come on every 20 mins or sometimes every 40 mins, and they run for 10 mins. They pull fresh air in because the house is so well insulated the system designers wanted a proactive way to get the fresh air.

The Pulte/Del Webb homes in Solera at Anthem have these systems. So do the Pulte/Del Webb houses in the Club @ Madeira Canyon.

YMMV.

The important thing here is that you have a good relationship with a good HACV company. Get on an annual contract that includes an annual check up. If things go wrong, you will get priority service over people calling for the first time. That is important if the thing goes out in the middle of July.
