Not sure why some of you keep suggesting the problem is due to sizing/capacity when the small temp difference between return and supply air clearly indicates a problem with his equipment NOT related to sizing.

Before you go trying to fix the AC, are you sure you just don't have the capacity to deal with the record heat? That could be your problem.

How's your insulation, attic ventilation, etc.? Maybe those need looking at?

Again guys a small delta T indicates an AC unit is not operating properly. That requires a professional.

Nothing else indicates a problem. In fact the system should be doing very well if you fix whatever is screwing up the unit.

Yes i do have a garage also my units are on top of the roof.Also my filter was dirty so i did change it. today when i check my vents the air temperture read 60 and i have the temperture sent at 77 in the house but tiger can you recommend a company No trees also does the sun baking with units on the roof help or hurt

My units are on the roof, one for the house, the other for the garage. We have no shade on our house and they work great.
I like southwest air, we use ontario air for our office and they seem to do decent work.

Definately have someone check them out for you, at least to give peace of mind and know that your good money is spent running units that are working as they should.

agreed... my home is near 3,000sqft with only a single unit and I have NO PROBLEM having it snow indoors.
