I think coderre means Hawthorne Plumbing (heating & cooling). I've used them in the past. It's a local company within LV.

My advice is to come out to check it out before you make the move.

The first thing to worry about is that 300 mile commute each way. You'd be better off in Reno.

This is correct. I believe that people are confusing Hawthorne Plumbing (which is a Las Vegas company) with the city of Hawthorne, which is closer to Reno.

If she pops up again and says Hawthorne Plumbing a little more information may be coming. But if not she was not very interested.

Surprised me.. I thought I would recognize any large local plumber. But I guess not.

My list of "worst things" about Las Vegas consists of only one thing: jobs. Seriously, this town is tough to get a job in. I haven't been unemployed in a decade, moved across the country to try to start a new life and this town is draining my spirit. It's damn tough to get hired around here.
