Oh ya, and root for the Vegas Golden Knights!

The nature of work in LV is changing. Tech and finance jobs are coming, but not necessarily tech and finance employers. See today's LVRJ article.

It happens to us all. OP is long gone, but, in my opinion, the thread has new life due to WFH.

Exactly. As a moderator I want to keep threads as dense with info as possible, towards 'one stop shopping' on any given question, and the old questions of the OP (Zingbat) are still fully valid, thus the thread is still valid, and we should add new info to it if we can.

I saw that this morning and meant to post on CD and forgot. Good article and nice to see the marketing people are working on ideas to keep people coming to LV. I have a guy's "work" trip planned next month. Hiking Red Rock in the early AM, do a little work poolside in the afternoon, have a nice dinner, throw a few bucks away. Will be fun. Not regular Vegas trip but better than working from my couch at home... and mid-week rates (hotel, rental car and airfare) are dirt cheap!

Copy / paste of snippets or excerpts is okay but pasting the whole article violates copyright which this site will not allow.

I've seen people say that banning cookies on your PC will work to allow one to view such sites, but I've never tried it.
