Make reservations! Some of my favorites that would possibly "wow" tourists are:

Texas de Brazil or Via Brasil
Mon Ami Gabi is in the heart of the casino strip area.

No, the dinner that we're going to on Christmas Eve is going to feature Italian dishes, so that ruled out Circo. And since we hosted our own little Christmas dinner party for a few friends last night that included ham and all the traditional accutrements, we decided to go Asian for Christmas.

So that's a pig with honey schmered on it's back and sides? Won't the other pigs lick it off?

That's what my wife and I will be doing. Although we will be having a traditional home-cooked meal with friends and family on Christmas Eve, we made a reservation for Christmas dinner at a restaurant in Bellagio overlooking the lake. So we'll be able to walk through the conservatory before dinner to take in the beautiful Christmas decorations and then enjoy the fountains during dinner.
Just make sure your wallets are hidden. Our neighbor was in the conservatory last week and someone managed to unzip her purse and get her wallet and she never felt a thing.
