I'm surprised that no one else has jumped on this yet!! It was the first day of Spring (officially) yesterday. I was lucky enough that it was my day off.

I got to go shooting pictures around where I live and at Cades Cove.

I hope you enjoy this photographic celebration of the renewal of life around here!!

Pics are nice. Now all we need are some leaves on the trees.

Wow. thanks for the beautiful pictures, Ted. It was a great boost for my soul, especially since they're forcasting 6-8 inches of snow tonight here So much for my outdoor Easter egg hunt! At least I can quasi-enjoy the first few days of sping through your pictures! We'll be visiting in Knoxville in 20 days, and believe me, I'm counting the days down!

Thanks for sharing. Is there any other place on earth that is as beautiful as this area is?
Since moving here, I feel there is no need to go on vacation to see natural beauty in any other state because I live here in East Tennessee!

Beautiful photos. I love Cades Cove and can never seem to my fill of photos of it. Mind if I use some in a personal screensaver for my computer?

If you don't mind the watermarks stuff, go for it. If you have something else in mind, please DM me.

We're getting the snow that HappyWIfe speaks of right now, here in Wi. I'm thankful for those photos and wish I could be there! Now I know for sure why I need to retire to Tn.
