Look. Not only do we have one boat. We have two. Apparently one begat two. And Fred has his eyes on another that ONLY COSTS $600.

So we can move you! No worries!

How's everyone today? I'm a million miles away... I think I cleaned the library out of books on bungalows!

Tomorrow, Tomorrow... I close tomorrow... Fingers crossed that everything goes well.

Nerves shredded yet? Just think less than 24 hours--what a difference a day makes. Congratulation, Jen and family.

hi, knoxvillians (is that the right term?) Am I too late to join your thread? I am a new retiree and I am looking for a new place to begin the second chapter of my life. How is Knoxvile for retirees? Are there any over 55 communities there? Would a single person & her old cat be accepted there? I really am not the Floridian type and I don't think I would be happy in a place like The Villages .

Would I feel out-of-place as a Northerner (I don't even want to say New Yorker, but that is true....) ?

Thanks for any help that you can give me.

Thank you Bebette, Mystic and Suzanne!

Yes, Nerves are shredded. My agent called and she can't make it to the closing. But I'll be ok. I've done this before. Breathe.

Gem, yes, Hik will soon have three boats and I have a bathtub, a truck and 2 dogs. We have you covered!
