Hi All -
Gailli - my mom had pretty much the exact same diagnosis earlier this year. She is doing great with medication and diet; has lost 35# and her cardiologist is tickled with her results!
I don't know about you all but I am ready for the long weekend!

It does feel like fall in the mornings here in the mountains.
The floors are getting cold again when we crawl out of bed, and the last two nights I had pulled the down blanket part way up for warmth.
Oh, no.
Those doggone cold floors are the only thing that I dread with the weather changing.
Everything else, bring it on!!
It is definitely football season! All of the banners are flying high off of home fronts and passing SUVs. Everyone is set to cheer their team on again.

Morning all, Yeah for football! Last Sat. morning we stopped for a sausage biscuit and there was a family from McMinneville their. Their dd had on a shirt that said "Life is to short to be a VOL" and under it was that black and gold Vanderbilt. My comment to them was Yes life is to short when you are from Vandy, it takes along time to beable to play with the big boys. Daddy winked, momma chuckeled, but the dd did NOT like it. Oh well.
