Hey, goodbyehollywood, it sounds like you have some good stuffae!!

Hang onto it; I might want some. . . most of it to add to my "collection" of too much stuff!

I do like the idea of maybe an estate sale or something like that here in Atlanta. We might make enough to pay our moving company!!

The most difficult thing I have done so far is to sort, throw, sell, donate and pack. I have to say once I got on the "roll" it got easy. I hope to down size to 1500 sf or so, my big hse is 2700+ (we are arguing on the size) my little hse is 1350 sf. I moved into the little hse for a few month and only took what would fit. It was a great move for the experience because now I know what to expect, eeeks! Now I am back into the big hse and have completely empty rooms and I do regret getting rid of some of my furniture, but ....I dont have to do anything but run the vacumn now. I have very little BIG stuff to take with, dining room suite, sofas ect. The furniture I kept are family antiques handed down, got rid of all the newer stuff except sofa. SOOOOO you all try real hard to dispose of the stuff prior to moving and then we can all go together to replenish our stuff!

Now, you're talking the way I like to hear a gal talk, Painter. I just have to convince the DH that a shopping trip is essential to our well-being!!

It is, isn't it?

Good morning everyone. Having a rotten morning, so really hoping everyone else is doing well.

Just one of those days where you need a really big hug, but no one is around to give you one, Know what I mean?

Thanks...Bebette!
I have been selling AVON for over 3 years and never had any problems, sold a lot, did well...once I moved here, it took them 3 weeks to get everything straightened out, I THOUGHT. I placed an order, then they said it was never placed. So I placed another order. Mind you, this was over $300 in product. Two days later I get confirmation that BOTH orders are now billed. So I call, try to get one order stopped, they said they will "try" but it may take a few days to come off the account and it may still ship out. Next day, I get the confirmation for shipping on the right order, was to arrive yesterday via UPS. We get home last night from the inspection, no package. I check tracking, and it says it was dropped at my door @ 2:18pm. So I call the office today and they said there was definietely no package for me there. I get told by UPS that someone must have STOLEN the boxes from my porch. WHO would do that? My hubby even went over last night and asked our neighbor across the way if UPS had left any packages with them for us and they said no...I am just dumbfounded and not sure what is going to happen now--I have had 3 or 4 people approach me about buying since we got here (my vehicles are labeled) and I can't get them materials or anything, PLUS now I have a $300+ order GONE. I am absolutely shocked that someone would do that...
