You can Expunge a Felony just depends on which felony. you can expunge almost anything but be advised that only local and state will not see the record anymore only FBI, USMS, and the DOD will be able to see the record no matter if it was expunged or not. As with apartments you can get one but you will most likely be turned down if it is related to sexual or violent crimes.
Not trying to slam you or anything, but do you realize how easy it is to create ANY document (falsely) to carry around with you? I would believe a company diligent enough to do background checks isn't going to take any "carried around" paperwork seriously in the least bit.....
I have known people that have paid attorneys to expunge records from over 25 years ago and convictions appear on background checks. I do not believe they work.
