That was my challenge to the sanctuary cities here: https://www.city-data.com/forum/polit...izona-law.html
I think the citizens of those sanctuary cities would change their policies really fast if they were the ones being flooded by illegal aliens.

I agree with the above. By placing the burden of illegals on US states that support them, those apathetic states will quickly see the errors of their ways. By doingthis, America will quickly reach unity in the conclusion that illegal aliens cost money, create crime and lower our standard of living.

The criminals should be sent home, if the government is going to let them openly get away with committing a felony, they should let us all. I should be allowed to openly deal drugs or rob a bank, if illegal can openly live in the USA. There is no other country in the world that would allow what is going on within these borders. People can illegally cross "our" borders and live a safe and prosperous life without a worry in the world. They can rent apartments, find employment, send their kids to school, use hospitals, etc., all while being CRIMINALS. Where in the world could I do this? This is why this country STINKS to the high heavens anymore! The Republicans and the Democrats are the same, they have more in common (greed), then differences... And to all the leftist who are pro amnesty, guess what! These illegals hate your guts, the only time they like or tolerate you is when they are getting something from you, so you're basically being a sucker!

It's an interesting question which I don't have a ready answer or opinion on. I've known of instances where people have been escorted to the county line and such, but removing people to another state? I suppose it would depend on other state and federal statutes.

For example, if an illegal owned property in one state could the state simply remove them from that property? I think the idea is problematic.

I fully agree! There should be busses loaded up with illegal aliens to be deposited in sanctuary states. When they have had enough, they can ship them back to whatever country they came from.

i cant believe how many reactionary posts there are. think it through people. think.

sanctuary states? ive never heard of one. lets presume that CA is a sanc state. do you think everyone in the state of CA is for illegal immigration?

oh you meant city. lets look at LA. do you think everyone in this supposed sanctuary city is for illegal immigration? why punish the whole lot, when you can simply solve the problem by expunging the illegals and not just shifting them to another state.

man, some people are just batty.
