Apparently “demagogue” is the new flavor of the week to vilify law-abiding citizens opposing amnesty. What happened to the “rule of law,” Mr. President?

If anything: suggesting amnesty for illegal aliens especially factoring in ID theft, non reporting of income etc. that would land an American in jail smacks of demagoguery unto itself.

My opinion is that we'll see full amnesty with immediate right to vote. This will happen right before 2012 elections which will basically GUARANTEE a re-election of the current administration.
Maybe that Mayan 12/21/2012 date for the end of "something" is not so tin foil ???

The pro-illegal obsession with Shawna Forde is a glaring indication of the lack of substantive arguments to counter opposition to illegal immigration. The woman has been charged with murder, and they are seeking the death penalty for her crimes. This is more than can be said about thousands of illegal alien murderous scumbags who continue to freely wreak havoc on citizens of this country. When did the behavior of “one” person opposed to illegal immigration become representative of all? Isn’t that what you lovers of lawlessness constantly whine about when discussing illegal alien miscreants?

However, to label all who oppose illegal immigration and amnesty as demagogues, is in fact vilifying millions of law-abiding citizens whose opposition to this invasion is based on sound judgment, facts, respect for the rule of law, and love for this country.
When the president of this country proclaims in a foreign land that ALL opposed to amnesty for illegal aliens are demagogues, he has in fact denigrated a segment of this society to the world. Of course, this is simply another attempt to silence opposition. When citizens of this country are no longer free to peacefully dissent, it should be disconcerting to all.
Tell me, can you honestly state that if Obama fails to pass CIR or your beloved DREAM Act, you and your cohorts will continue to sing his praises?
