Nailed it with the same wrong talking points (ie "jumping in line") they always use.
Like it, or not, there IS a line. But, I realize anything you disagree with ceases to exist in your mind. People are waiting in foreign countries for the opportunity to set foot on U.S. soil, while illegal aliens are already here. Some choose to wait their turn, while illegals have jumped ahead by ignoring the legal process.
BTW, if there is no line, then why is one provision of so-called immigration reform that illegals must get at the back of the line? Hmmm. . .
The "we don't have room" boogeyman is just another scare tactic. The US is, relative to most industrialized nations, very, very sparsely populated.
Every square inch of land in the U.S. is owned either by individuals, corporations, or various levels of government (city, county, state, federal). There are no more open spaces to settle as there were hundreds of years ago. And we aren't building any new cities from scratch to accommodate these new arrivals of foreigners. So when foreigners come to this country today, they tend to settle in our larger cities because of, among other things, the job opportunities that are available there. As a result, our cities get more congested, our schools and hospitals get more crowded, our commutes to work take longer, and our quality of life is lessened.
I have no doubt that all of the approximately 6.5 billion people on this planet could physically fit inside the U.S., but that's not what people mean when they say "we don't have room" for every foreigner who would like to come to this country.

Oh, this sounds serious. We better implement the chinese one-child policy then, yes?
Not to mention that the one who claims we can take in millions or billions more in this country because of space has no idea what the carrying capacity of a nation means. It isn't just about space but ariable land space. The depletion of our natural resources, water, food, gridlock on the highways, air pollution, the need for hundreds of thousands of more health and education workers, more jails, schools, hospitals, law enforcement and we would have to build on every square inch of land while demolishing our forests and other natural preserves. Who wants to live like they do in India stacked in like sardines? It would be an intolerable quality of life for everyone here in so many ways. Why in the world move everyone here when there are countries all over the world with land and resources just like us? Cram everyone into this country? What a ridiculous idea!
I swear he's like a toy. Pull the string and you get the toy to say certain words over and over again. You could probably get the toy to just keep saying racist over and over again.
Unfortunately too many of our elected leaders agree with him. The idiot editorial in the OP is a classic example of this sort of nonsense. At no point does the author explain WHY Obama's policies are racist. Instead we get the implication that if such laws affect hispanics more than others (because most illegals are hispanic) then the policies are inherently racist.
We all know the author in the OP would not care if about illegal immigration if most illegals were not hispanic. Because racism and identity politics are fine for the correct groups (La Raza and the like). But if you dare oppose their racist policies and advocacy then you are the racist.
Insane, right?
Sort of like someone else pulling Obama's strings he is a puppet. You mean a toy that repeats itself, until the batteries run out.
