You're probably correct. The tract(s) were sold in March of 2022 for $1,500,000 to GH&G Madison LLC.

Announced awhile back but this mixed use project in Research Park at the corner of Bradford and Wynn is about to take off. Will be a great compliment to the the Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering across the street.

Yes, but this high density project will stick out like a sore thumb in an area that is otherwise very low density office space.

I guess this is the eventual future of Research Park East. I'm surprised that the city doesn't buy the old SMDC complex and knock it down.

The school across the street will make it look good too. Happy for Wynn Dr. growth

Construction to begin next few weeks on a 80 unit (two 4 story buildings and community building) behind Burger King and adjacent to the round a bout near the Winchester Rd/Moore's Mill Rd. intersection. Called The Arbours at Moore's Mill it will be at 100 Marcus Byers Dr. and be subsidized housing for seniors (over 55).

I don't know - I think it'll look pretty good. A nice 6-story building across the street from the 4-story (I think) school.

Stadium Commons - Mixed use development to be built where the Hollywood 18 used to sit. It features multi-family, retail and on-site hotel. From the renderings the hotel will over look the stadium and be a dual branded Home 2 and Tru Hotel.

The renderings are a little confusing. It looks like the hotel is directly attached to the stadium in some renderings (or at least very very close). Other renderings and the site plan only show the outparcels and retail buildings. I don't see any multifamily component.

You're right - it's a bit confusing. Maybe the renderings are a work in progress.
