The Twickenham Funeral Home on South Parkway at Redstone Road is being torn down. It sold in March for $500,000, or about $9 per square foot.

Duluth Trading open Junes 6th in Madison at Town Madison. Best way to get there is exit I-565, at Wall Triana south bound, turn left at InterPro Dr. which is the next light.

I showed who bought it in another thread. It had previously been listed for $1,215,000.

This is the best thread ever! Since there are some people here who knows more about what's going on in Huntsville can anyone tell me what the latest is with the Lendon development in South Huntsville. I was excited when they announced it several years ago, but it seems to be at a standstill. Are they still planning restaurants and other entertainment or is it just going to be a small neighborhood of houses squeezed right up against each other?

Thanks for that...Southern Trust who bought it is a corporation organized by a Mr. Chad Pulliam, who is associated with Breland. I’m hearing it’s going to be developed with mini storages...yawn

If you look at the reference again you will notice that the parcels just south of it (#82 & #81) are owned by "SAFE MINI STORAGE OF MEMORIAL". That is obviously Safe Mini Storage of Huntsville. Is that the mini storage you are thinking of?

Went there today...pretty cool store, they have a $10 off $50 coupon when you walk in, and as you'd guess it was easy to get to the $50 price point.....

Over all a cool store, being able to touch before you buy is always a plus, lots of little things to look at, a good way to spend an hour+ because of all the little stuff.

How were the crowds? I was thinking to let the new wear off before going. It's not far from my house.
