What do you think of the East Sunset Heights area? I'm refering to the area East of Main St, West of Airline, inside the loop.

Its a good area, some streets are better than others. You really have to drive through it to see the differences. The closer to 20th/Calvalcade and Main, the better.

I can't believe how much that area has cleaned up in the last few years. I would think it would be okay. Are you looking at new(er) construction or one of the original bungalows?

Newer construction that have a lot of original bungalows around it, some that look rather run down. I think the area will continue to improve. I'm mainly concerned with safety now.
