No where did I say it was an eyesore, any building being repurposed gets some work. Common sense would tell you upgrades are in order for any building regardless of looks.

I think the dome is iconic as is, any facade is just gravy.

I didn't mean to put words in your mouth.

Battersea power station can also be called an eyesore but at least one can see the potential, it truly is an impressive building. I'm just not sure what you can do with a giant oil tank.

I think you just came up with a great solution for it. Now if we could only figure out how to move it to Pasadena.

I'd love a light rail system. Over the past 15 years I've gotten pissed with our nothern neighbors always beating us in transportation. Hmmph.
