LOL - my friend and I were just saying this tonight as we ate at Red Oak Grill - a Mediterranean-influence restaurant. There's just something wrong about chicken fried steak being on a menu that features gyros and kabobs. What I ordered, btw, was actually tasty but I was hoping for more Mediterranean choices.
I only go to PF Chang's if a group is clamoring to go. I learned long ago not to think of it as going out for Chinese food. I'll stick with my favorites in Chinatown.
I'm sure Chuy's will make bank in SL.

I like Chuy's - its cheap and just a fun, quick meal. Love the veggie enchiladas on blue corn tortillas. I usually just eat my entree and leave the beans and rice behind - beans (even in the bean soup style - thicken up quickly because they have so much fat in them).
