Houston does an outstanding job planning for the future! We have the best organized highway transportation plan in the nation and perhaps the world! Houston continuously upgrades its highways and freeways to meet the excessive growth demands.
LOL...you can't possibly be serious. This right here is the type of short-sightedness I've come to expect from a lot of Houstonians. Growing up in Houston is all that I need to make an assessment of Houston vs the other major cities in America.

If you don't like Houston, then get the **** out of here guy. I will personally help you bubble wrap your knick knacks LOL

I love everything about this city and if I didn't I would have moved a long time ago! No other city in the USA compares to Houston and if you "think" there is, let me know so I can tell you just how wrong you are

I don't live in Houston anymore, idiot. That "like it or leave it" thing you homers do means nothing to me. Being able to live in and travel to other cities has allowed me to see how deficient Houston is in some areas and planning is at the top of that list. If you're seriously trumpeting Houston's highways as an asset in comparison to other cities with far more sophisticated transit systems then you're just wasting my time.

What does Houston need to improve before it becomes the nation's 3rd largest city, if this was to happen?

Chicago will just buy off the head of the Census Bureau to keep them on top.
