I am currently in the process of moving from Nebraska to the Westchase area of Houston. I am actively searching for jobs, but I get the reply that since I have an out of state address on my resume, that I don't even get a second look. I have enclosed a cover letter with each resume stating my plans. This is not helping. Any ideas or suggestions?
