Call a company like Cherry and get an estimate. I am sure there are permits, waste transport, utility disconnect (physical not just throwing a switch), etc. that must be considered. I also imagine that it will depend on the size and composition of the house and weather you want the slab and driveway demoed as well. Lot of things to consider...best left to the pros.

Are you sure the old one cannot be salvaged and updated for less?

Oh, where to begin . . .

Where in Memorial? Parts are affordable if you consider 1 million affordable. Other parts run into multiple millions. Heck, there are probably places less than a million, but who would want them?

What do you want to build? 7,500 square feet of top quality material can easily top 2-3 million. Or more.

We need details. You need to ask a more legitimate question to get answers worth anything.

One of the most expensive areas in the metro to tear down and build. If it's in the Villages the old house/lot alone will be over 600k, more likely over 800k. Areas west of Gessner will be less expensive, but basically unless you are using that basic quality builder in Nottingham West on a postage stamp lot, you are looking at over a million.
