Don't do business with them they are crooks. Three months ago I signed up with them and at that time they took my bank account info. You could only have the cheap plan if it automatically came out of your bank account.
A few days later they came back to me and said I had to pay a $200 deposit. I couldn't afford that so I canceled their service. Now remember that was three months ago.
Today I was checking my bank account which I do everyday. Pennywise had taken $225 out of my account which made me $217 overdrawn.
I called Pennywise and when I finally got through. The lady said basically oops! it was a mistake. She couldn't tell me when the money would be back in my account. I filed a complaint with the energy commission and they said that pennywise has up to 30 days to put the money back in my account.
So in the meantime I am $217 dollars overdrawn in my account thanks to Pennywise.
So don't do business with them.

Liz

Why would you even consider giving anyone direct access to your account? You asked for that one, Liz.

Ive used them for 3 months now. Paying 5.4 cents per KwH. My last bill was $150; cooling a 2 story 4300sq ft house has been cheap because of them!
