The northeast corner of 59 & University would be a great spot for the SL location.

I second this!

I will shoot holes in my Sam's Club card and burn it if Costco comes anywhere close to me in Telfair...And put it on Youtube!

I hope its MO City( makes sense ) at Highway 6 and Ft Bend T.R, plus when the FB Toll Road is connected to 59 that will be good.

The area near Sienna and Hightower High and the Toll Road is a major developing area in Fort Bend County and Missouri City is the latest area to experience that use to be bedroom town to a destination for new businesses an outlet mall would fit that area too along with costco

That is actually the proposed location that is in the planning stages right now--between the Costco Warehouse Corp. and the City of Sugar Land. The plans have worked its way through the Planning & Zoning part of the land use/development approval process and now it needs to go through the formal process of getting approved by the city. After that, it's up to Costco to build according to the standards approved by Sugar Land (size, height, materials, landscaping buffers, signage, etc.).

Maybe Sam's Club. Costco is a great bargain store that you can buy in bulk. You will see lot of Asians there also.
