I can't imagine a deck plate selling for more than a couple of bucks on Ebay, assuming it sells at all. It seems ludicrous to invest the time and effort, but best of luck!
Delta is at least a quality brand that many buyers would probably be looking for. If it were Glacier Bay or some no-name off-brand then it probably wouldn't be worth selling.
The one you have is not worth selling when the time involved in every step of the listing, selling, packing and shipping is considered. Just throw it and the plate, and the doohickey you ordered in the back of your car and the next time you're going near the ReStore just drop it off - no need to make a special trip.
Do you really need the income you get from selling random castoffs like used clothing? If so, you shouldn't be replacing perfectly serviceable plumbing parts with expensive, prone to problem parts.
Just to let everyone know, I sold the old Delta Leland faucet and Moen deck plate for $55 + $20 shipping on Facebook Marketplace in early April. Buyer didn't complain at all, although I am not sure if the buyer had any use for the deck plate (could have had a 1-hole sink like we do).

Phew, now I can relax. My day is complete...

BTW, our builder even mixed and matched different brands in our shower/bath. They used a Delta valve, valve trim, shower arm, and showerhead, but the drain assembly and overflow plate were some off-brand (possibly Danco?). We since replaced the showerhead with a 5.5 inch Moen Engage with Magnetix, and the drain assembly and overflow plate with a Moen; I was able to tell the difference in quality between the old and new drain assembly (the old one was all scratched up and seemed cheaply made). Delta makes a drain assembly and overflow plate too, but it appears they only make it in the foot-operated style with the spring which I don't seem to be a fan of. The builder was apparently trying to save money here with the drain assembly and overflow plate.
I now have a similar situation. I will be installing a new Moen Genta bathroom faucet in Spot-Resist Brushed Nickel but will retain the existing Delta metal drain assembly. I will sell the old Delta Lahara faucet together with the brand-new Moen plastic drain assembly for $65. I don't think buyers would want an old dirty drain assembly.
