what one thing would you upgrade in your house? (floor, heating, bathroom)

The bathroom. It is way too small and not large enough for a bath tub. I so miss soaking in a hot bubble bath. That's so soothing to me. If only there were a way...

Add more garage parking... I've never heard anyone complain of having too much garage space...

Donate all my books to the library and then live there. Acually just clear out 26 years of packrat and redo the place with new floors, under floor heating and finish the bathroom.

In floor heat in the master bath especially-if not thru the whole house. Also heated garage so DH could be out there all winter!!!!!

Ditto on the heated garage... I'd love a BIGGER garage... but we already have 3.5 car ... heck ... wish we had 2 garages.

What: Crown Point beaded inset cabinets in the kitchen.
Why: Nice looking and they'd match the house beautifully.

Radiant heat in garage floor. It's already heated & air conditioned but floor is cold to lay on in winter.
